Interlude Man with the lights off.
It opens with bergamot, rosemary and violet leaf, but that passes quickly. The heart is iris — dry, powdery, cool — wrapped in incense, myrrh, labdanum, amber and vanilla. What stays in the base is leather, agarwood smoke, patchouli, sandalwood and cedar. Created by Pierre Negrin, released in 2020. Darker and more restrained than the original Interlude; if that one is too loud for you, this is your version.
