Ombre Nomade — Louis Vuitton

Oud with no restraint — one of the most recognisable fragrances of the past decade. It opens with raspberry that sinks straight into a thick cloud of incense and benzoin. Assam agarwood stays up front, with rose, saffron and geranium beside it; amber wood and smoky birch in the base. Created by Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, released in 2018. Not an office fragrance — it's the one people recognise before you walk into the room.
